Directions for use of the article Bifon solution: - Active substance: Bifonazole - Indications: Fungal infections of the skin caused by dermatophytes, yeasts, moulds and other fungi such as Malassezia furfur as well as infections caused by Corynebacteria minutissimum. - Dosage: Adults 3 drops 1 time daily before going to bed. - Duration of use: between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the type of disease and symptoms. - Possible side effects: slight reddening, burning or irritation, scaling of the skin, contact allergic reactions in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance. - Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the ingredients, pregnancy, breastfeeding. - Composition: Active substance bifonazole (10 mg), excipients ethanol 96% (V/V), isopropyl myristate. - Mode of action: Bifonazole damages the outer shell of fungi, is effective against fungal diseases and certain bacteria. - Important information: Caution in case of allergy to antifungal agents, possible interactions with other medicinal products.
