Hyabak eye drops are a solution for application to the eye that can be used to moisten and wet the eyes and contact lenses. The solution consists of sodium hyaluronate (0.15%), sodium chloride, actinoquinol, trometamol, HCl and water for injection. Hyabak is a sterile, phosphate-free, hypotonic and pH-neutral solution. It is supplied in a special multi-dose bottle with an innovative 0.2-µm filter that prevents any bacterial contamination without preservatives. Hyabak is also well tolerated by sensitive users without preservatives. It can be used to moisten and wet the eyes as well as to wet contact lenses. The dosage is 1 drop per eye or contact lens as needed during the day. The application is simple and requires no special training. To use, simply wash your hands thoroughly and place one drop in the conjunctival sac or on the inside of the contact lens. Then carefully close the eye. Hyabak eye drops contain no preservatives and are therefore gentle on the eyes. However, slight eye irritation may occur.
