Size: 5 x 5 cm Applications of Mepilex: Mepilex is suitable for low to moderately exuding wounds. The dressing can be easily cut to fit the specific wound or body site. This makes it suitable for areas that are difficult to access. Application of Mepilex: Clean the wound before applying the dressing. Mepilex should cover the dry skin around the wound by at least 1-2 cm for smaller sizes (up to 12.5 x 12.5 cm) and 3-5 cm for larger sizes.
