Suprasorb P PU-foam dressing 15x15 cm (non-adhesive) is a highly absorbent dressing that quickly and safely absorbs wound exudate. The fine-pored PU-foam develops a good capillary effect at the wound bed and adapts to the wound bed. The wound contact layer is gentle on sensitive surfaces and the semi-permeable PU-backing layer creates a moist wound environment. The dressing is bacteria- and waterproof. There are three versions of the dressing: non-adhesive, self-adhesive and sacrum. The dressing is characterised by its good wound healing, high wearing comfort and easy assessment of wound exudate. Instructions for use are given for the self-adhesive version and the non-adhesive version. The dressing change should be determined by the attending physician depending on the condition of the wound and the degree of exudate, but at the latest after 5-7 days or when the discolouration reaches the wound margin. The Suprasorb P PU-foam dressing 15x15 cm (non-adhesive) is suitable for moderately exuding, superficial and non-infected wounds in all phases of wound healing, such as decubiti, 2nd degree burns, split skin donor sites and post-operative wounds.
