The Retterspitz muscle roller contains the following active ingredients: thymol, mint oil, levomenthol, rosemary oil, arnica tincture and eucalyptus oil.The excipients include cetostearyl alcohol, macrogol glycerol hydroxystearate, medium chain triglycerides, stearyl heptanoate/octanoate, bis-diglyceryl caprylate/caprate/isostearate/hydroxystearate/adipate, 2-phenoxyethanol, shea butter, sorbic acid, polyacrylic acid, sodium hydroxide, lauryl glucoside/polyglyceryl-2Dipolyhydroxystearate/glycerin, propylheptyl caprylate and purified water.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, the product should not be used.It must not be applied to broken skin and should not get into the eyes or onto mucous membranes.

Dosage and application

The Retterspitz muscle roller should be applied to the affected part of the body three to six times a day.To do this, the roller with the ball head is moved in a downward circular motion and the emerging lotion is massaged into the skin with gentle pressure.After use, the body should be kept warm.

The effectiveness of the massage is enhanced if it is carried out after removing a wrap and toweling the skin dry.The lotion should only be applied to the affected areas and should not come into contact with the eyes.The ball head should not be removed and the roller should only be used at room temperature.
