Retterspitz Muscle Roller is a practical companion for minor accidents and injuries during sports or on the go. Quick treatment can reduce swelling and bruising. The muscle roller fits into any sports or travel bag and is easy to use. It contains pleasantly scented essential oils.

The Muscle Roller should be applied to the affected area of the body three to six times a day. The lotion is gently massaged into the skin with the ball head. After application, the body should be kept warm. The massage is particularly effective if done after removing a wrap and toweling the skin dry. The lotion should only be applied at room temperature and should not come into contact with the eyes. The muscle roller contains various ingredients such as cetylstearyl alcohol, macrogolcetylstearyl ether and essential oils such as rosemary oil, menthol and eucalyptus oil.

Muscle roller should not be applied to injured skin areas and should not be used on the chest area in children under 5 years of age. People with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients should not use the product.
