Caricol sachet is a dietary food for medicinal purposes. It is used to treat constipation, flatulence and painful bowel movements. The product is made from tree-ripened papaya fruit and contains the protein-splitting enzyme papain. Caricol sachet is made in the form of a power concentrate that regulates and activates digestion. It is recommended to take 1-3 servings per day, preferably after main meals. For unformed bowel movements, 1 serving is recommended after dinner. Caricol sachet is a natural product with no preservatives, colourings, thickeners or fillers. It is also free from gluten, lactose and soy. I discovered Caricol as a substitute for sweets. It tastes very, very good (even better than fresh papaya) and the sachets mean I can enjoy it on the go. I usually take 1 sachet a day, rarely 2. My digestion has been completely problem-free since then, but I only realised this after a while.

For the first 3 - 4 days I took one portion in the morning and one in the evening after the main meal. After that I took one portion for the day every morning after breakfast. My gut feeling or the feeling in my intestines has become much better and more pleasant. Before, I had the feeling that I had very big problems with my bowel movements, which remained in the bowel for a very long time and caused major problems. I am glad to have found this product. And for anyone who wants to try it, I can only say it's worth it.
