Directions for use of the article Hylo-Vision Gel Multi Eye Drops Hylo-Vision Gel Multi Eye Drops contain hyaluronic acid, which improves the surface of the eye and provides long-lasting moisturisation. The hyaluronic acid is well tolerated and adheres well to the surface of the eye, intensively moisturising, moistening and protecting. The gel is particularly suitable in cases of severe and chronic dryness or after operations and diagnostic procedures on the eye. It can also be used to moisten contact lenses. The gel also contains a gentle preservative that protects the product from contamination. It is applied by instilling one to two drops into the conjunctival sac. It can also be applied directly to the contact lenses. The eye drops have a highly viscous wetting solution for long-lasting corneal protection. They provide relief from symptoms such as mechanical stress, environmental irritants and visual stress. Use is not recommended in people with hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. The gel is suitable for adolescents and adults, but pregnant women and nursing mothers should consult their doctor before use. The composition of the eye drops consists of sodium hyaluronate, polyhexanide, disodium edetate, sodium chloride, a buffered isotonic solution and purified water. The application is done by opening the bottle, instilling the drops into the conjunctival sac and then closing the bottle. One pack of Hylo-Vision Gel Multi eye drops contains 10 ml or 2 x 10 ml. After opening, the eye drops can be used for 90 days. The product is suitable for hard and soft contact lenses. The mode of action of the eye drops is based on the regulating effect of hyaluronic acid on the moisture content of the eyes. Due to their high viscosity, the eye drops protect the cornea after wetting. The dosage recommendation is to apply one to two drops into the conjunctival sac and repeat this two to three times a day or as recommended by a doctor.
