Aspirin 500 mg Coated Tablets are used for the symptomatic treatment of fever and mild to moderate pain. The active ingredient acetylsalicylic acid inhibits the formation of prostaglandins, which reduces the excitability of the pain receptors. The tablets contain innovative MicroAktiv technology, which ensures a rapid onset of action. The recommended single dose is one tablet, but adults and adolescents 12 years and older should not take more than six tablets per day. Side effects may include gastrointestinal symptoms such as heartburn and nausea. The medicine should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients, ulcers in the digestive tract, increased bleeding tendency and kidney or liver failure. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should seek medical advice. It is important to read the package leaflet and consult a doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions or side effects. I've always taken aspirin for headaches. But the new aspirin is even better. Small tablet and even faster effect. The tablets are easy to take, also ideal for travelling.

As far as the effect is concerned, I can only give my subjective experience that the good old Aspirin worked better for me. What makes me give it a negative rating, however, is the new packaging in every respect: the outer packaging is twice as big as it used to be. The same goes for the inner packaging, which wastes valuable raw materials. Why are they moving away from the tried and tested tablet pack (inside) for squeezing out? These 4-pack displays are so difficult to open: If you want to separate one of the 4-packs in order to open it, you are guaranteed to tear open a second pack before you even get to the one you actually want to open. If you tear it open very carefully, you'll only get a small piece through which you can't get the tablet out; if you tear off too much, the tablet is guaranteed to fall out of the packaging and lie on the floor. I always imagine how an elderly person would even get this packaging open?
