Vidisan Edo is an eye drop product that soothes irritated eyes and provides immediate relief from symptoms such as tearing, burning, itching and sensitivity to light. The eye drops contain a valuable extract from the plant eyebright (Euphrasia), which has been used for centuries to treat irritated eyes. The drops moisturise the surface of the eye, improve the stability of the tear film and protect the eyes from external environmental influences. Vidisan Edo is well tolerated, long-lasting and preservative-free. The practical one-dose ophtiole makes it easy to use on the go. To help relieve irritated eyes, additional measures that may be helpful include adequate hydration, sufficient sleep, avoiding cigarette smoke, using low-irritant cosmetics, wearing appropriate eyeglasses to protect the eyes and regular check-ups with an ophthalmologist. It should be stored away from sunlight. Vidisan Edo is suitable for adults, children, pregnant and breastfeeding women. Contact lenses should be removed before use and reinserted after about 15 minutes. The product is preservative-free and the remaining amount in the one-dose ophtiole should not be reused. Vidisan Edo single-dose pipettes contain the valuable eyebright extract as well as povidone and other ingredients such as sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide and boric acid. The product should not be used if there is a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. The dosage is given by dropping the one-dose ophtiole into the eye.
