HYLO-VISION® SafeDrop® Gel

HYLO-VISION® SafeDrop® Gel are moisturizing and protective eye drops that are used for severe and chronic dryness of the eyes.They are also suitable for wetting hard and soft contact lenses, which significantly improves wearing comfort.The eye drops are phosphate-free and contain no preservatives, which makes them particularly well tolerated.

Mode of action

The eye drops protect and moisturize the surface of the eye intensively and for a long time.They make the eyes lubricated and ensure a stable film of moisture.The high hyaluronic acid content (0.3%) and the highly viscous consistency of the eye drops enable long-lasting relief from symptoms. HYLO-VISION® SafeDrop® Gel is also very suitable after diagnostic eye procedures.

HYLO-VISION® SafeDrop® Gel contains the following ingredients: sodium hyaluronate (0.30%), sodium citrate, sodium chloride, citric acid and purified water.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients, this product should not be used.

Dosage

Recommended use of HYLO-VISION® SafeDrop® Gel:

Step 1: Remove the protective cap before each use.

Step 2: Before using the SafeDrop® bottle for the first time, press several times until the first drop is produced.Hold the bottle upside down and avoid any contact of the dropper tip with your fingers and eyes.

Step 3: Hold the bottle as shown with your thumb resting on the wide, non-slip, round finger rest.

Step 4: Bring the head into a neck position, pull down the lower eyelid with the free hand and, if necessary, instill one to two drops of HYLO-VISION® SafeDrop® Gel into the opened conjunctival sac by activating the pump mechanism once or twice.Make sure the bottle is held vertically.Slowly close your eyes to allow the drops to spread evenly over the surface of the eye.

Alternatively, you can apply a drop or two to each contact lens before placing it in your eyes, rather than putting the drops directly into your eyes. HYLO-VISION® SafeDrop® Gel can be used several times per day.If your symptoms persist during use, please consult your ophthalmologist.

Notes

Store HYLO-VISION® SafeDrop® Gel at 5 to 25 °C and protect the product from frost and direct sunlight.Always keep the eye drops out of the reach of children. HYLO-VISION® SafeDrop® Gel is suitable for use in adults and adolescents.Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, as well as small children, should consult their ophthalmologist before use.

After using HYLO-VISION® SafeDrop® Gel eye drops, visual acuity may temporarily be impaired (blurred vision).In this case you should not drive a vehicle or operate machines.Wait until normal visual acuity returns.

After opening, HYLO-VISION® SafeDrop® Gel can be used for another 6 months.
