Application

This product is suitable for the local relief of sore throats in adults and adolescents aged 12 and over.

Mode of action

The product has a triple effect: lidocaine quickly relieves pain, while amylmetacresol and dichlorobenzyl alcohol have antibacterial and antiviral effects.

Active ingredients

The active ingredients are 1.2 mg 2,4-dichlorobenzyl alcohol, 0.6 mg amylmetacresol and 2 mg lidocaine hydrochloride, which corresponds to 1.73 mg lidocaine.

Excipients

The excipients include quinoline yellow, yellow orange S, glucose syrup, mint oil, saccharin sodium salt, sucrose, tartaric acid, honey flavor and lemon flavor.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, the product should not be used.

Dosage and intake

It is recommended to take one lozenge every 2-3 hours, but not more than 8 lozenges per day.The lozenge should dissolve slowly in the mouth, not in the cheek pocket.

Patient information

No prescription is required for this product.Talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use, especially if you suffer from asthma or if your symptoms do not improve within 2 days.Also tell your doctor if you have fever, headache, nausea, vomiting, or rash.

The anesthetic contained may increase the risk of choking or injuring the tongue while eating.Eating and drinking should be avoided immediately after use.Prolonged use beyond 5 days is not recommended as this may affect the microbial balance in the mouth and throat area.

Elderly or infirm patients should consult their doctor before use.The product should not be used in acute, larger wounds in the mouth and throat area.Children under 12 years are not allowed to use the product.

Watch how you react to the product.At the recommended dosage it should not affect your ability to react.Do not drive or use machines if you feel dizzy.
