Application

It is recommended to drink a cup of the prepared tea 3-5 times a day.To prepare it, pour boiling water over a filter bag and let it steep for about 10-15 minutes.Then remove the filter bag and squeeze it out gently.The freshly prepared tea should be drunk warm between meals.

If diarrhea lasts longer than two days or is accompanied by blood or an increase in temperature, medical advice is required.
