Tyrosur® wound healing gel - proven and proven to be good for a long time
Tyrosur® wound healing gel is suitable for treating inflamed wounds and has an antibacterial effect against germs, which can accelerate healing.Ideally moist wound treatment can also reduce scarring. You probably know this situation well enough: you accidentally injured yourself, treated the wound yourself, but actually you have everything quite well under control. But now you are wondering whether you are underestimating the wound and perhaps should seek medical advice.
How do I recognize an infected wound?
Wound infections can initially manifest themselves as redness around the affected area of skin or wound. There is also often swelling in the area.If it still feels very warm, an infection is very likely. If the injury starts to throb or even hurt, the infection may have already progressed a little further.Restricted function of the affected limbs is also a clear sign of this.If these symptoms persist for several days or even worsen, we strongly recommend that you show the wound to a doctor.
Be particularly careful with wounds caused by animal bites and heavy soiling
All major wounds, e.g.B. lacerations or bite wounds from animals should always be treated by a doctor.Severely contaminated wounds or foreign bodies that are stuck must also be treated professionally. In this context, we would like to ask you to check how your tetanus vaccination is doing. If it was more than ten years ago, you should quickly refresh it!Because a vaccination against the often fatal infectious disease tetanus is really important and can be life-saving.You can apply Tyrosur® wound healing gel for all small, superficial, slightly weeping wounds.
Application
The gel is applied 2 to 3 times a day in sufficient quantity so that the areas of skin to be treated are covered with gel.A bandage is usually not necessary for minor injuries or skin inflammation on uncovered parts of the body. For weeping wounds, it is recommended to apply a protective bandage, which should be replaced every 1-2 days or as directed by a doctor. The duration of treatment depends on the clinical picture. If there is no improvement after a week, the therapy should be reconsidered. If necessary, proof of the pathogen may be appropriate.
