Esberitox tablets are a product for the supportive therapy of viral colds. The tablets contain an immune-active complex from the medicinal plants tree of life, dyer's legume and echinacea, which activate the immune system and support the body's own defences against cold pathogens. It has been shown that this combination can shorten the common cold by up to 3 days. The tablets can be taken by adults and children from 4 years of age. The recommended dosage depends on age: children between 4 and 6 years of age take 1-2 tablets 3 times a day, children from 7 to 11 years of age take 2-3 tablets 3 times a day and adolescents from 12 years of age and adults take 4-6 tablets 3 times a day. The tablets can be taken with liquid or chewed. Treatment should be started as soon as possible after the first symptoms appear and should not last longer than 10 days. There are some contraindications to consider, such as hypersensitivity to the ingredients. The tablets should be kept out of the reach of children and the recommended intake should not be exceeded.
