Esberitox® tablets - the herbal cold medicine for the whole family

Esberitox® tablets are a proven and natural medicine to support the immune system during colds.It can be dosed individually and has a fresh lemon taste, which makes it particularly suitable for children aged 4 and over.The active ingredient complex consists of the three medicinal plants dyer's husk, arborvitae and coneflower, with the dose per tablet being lower than in Esberitox® COMPACT.

Esberitox® supports the immune system and helps relieve cold symptoms.The three active ingredients fight the cold from different directions.The tree of life works directly against cold viruses and activates T-killer cells, which destroy virus-infected cells.The echinacea activates phagocytes and promotes the production of messenger substances that activate other immune cells and stimulate the production of antibodies.The dye sleeve accelerates the formation of antibodies that bind or mark viruses so that they can be more easily recognized by phagocytes and rendered harmless.

No prescription is required for this product.Esberitox® tablets are vegan, sugar, gluten and lactose free and can be chewed or taken with water.

1 Tablet contains 3.2 mg dry extract (4-9: 1) from a mixture of dyer's pod rhizome, purple coneflower root, pale-colored coneflower root and arborvitae tips and leaves (4.92: 1.85: 1.85: 1).The extractant is ethanol 30% (V/V).Other ingredients are Betadex, mannitol (Ph. Eur.), glycerol dibehenate (Ph. Eur.), magnesium stearate (Ph. Eur.) [pflanzlich], saccharin sodium, citric acid monohydrate and lemon flavor (natural).

Area of application

Esberitox® tablets are used to support the treatment of viral colds.They activate and support the immune system in various places and thus help to effectively fight cold viruses.A study showed that an extract of the three medicinal plants can shorten the common cold by up to 3 days.

Dosage

Children between 4 and 6 years take 1 - 2 tablets 3 times a day.Children aged 7 to 11 take 2 to 3 tablets 3 times a day.Adolescents and adults take 4 to 6 tablets 3 times daily.Start treatment as soon as possible after the first signs of illness appear and continue taking Esberitox® tablets until the symptoms subside.Do not take Esberitox® tablets for more than 10 days without medical advice.

Intake

Please take the medicine morning, afternoon and evening with sufficient liquid, preferably water.The tablets can also be chewed.

Patient information

Particular caution is required when taking Esberitox® tablets if the symptoms become more severe or do not improve after a week or if shortness of breath, fever or purulent or bloody sputum occurs.In these cases, you should consult a doctor.Children under 4 years of age should not take this medicine as there is insufficient research into its effects on the maturing immune system.

Pregnancy

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor for advice before taking this medicine.Since the safety of use during pregnancy has not been proven, you should only take this medicine after consulting your doctor.Since it is not known whether the ingredients of the preparation pass into breast milk and lead to undesirable effects in breast-fed babies, as a precaution you should not take this medicine while breast-feeding.

Notes

Esberitox® tablets should be kept out of the reach of children.The daily recommended consumption amount should not be exceeded.Please do not use this medicine after the expiry date stated on the pack or outer packaging.The expiry date refers to the last day of the specified month.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the above ingredients, this product should not be used.
