Procaine Loges 1% solution for injection is a medicinal product for local anaesthesia. It is used for intracutaneous application to healthy skin as part of neural therapeutic principles of application. The injection solution should only be administered by persons with appropriate knowledge to successfully perform neural therapy. The dosage should be individually adjusted to achieve the desired nerve block. In adolescents and adults, the recommended single dose is up to 10 mg procaine hydrochloride per wheal. The maximum recommended single dose is 500 mg procaine hydrochloride. There are certain contraindications and precautions to be observed, especially in patients with certain pre-existing conditions. Side effects may occur if too high a dose is used. Use during pregnancy should only be made if deemed absolutely necessary by the doctor.
