Each film-coated tablet contains 120 mg ginkgo leaf dry extract (35-67:1) extracted with 60% acetone.The extract contains ginkgo flavonoid glycosides, terpene lactones, ginkgolides A+B+C, bilobalides and ginkgolic acids.In addition, the preparation contains the following excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, anhydrous citric acid, iron(III)hydroxide oxide x-water, Eudragit E 100, spray-dried glucose syrup, lactose 1-water, lactose, magnesium stearate, hydrogenated castor oil, saccharin sodium salt, highly disperse, amorphous, hydrophobic silicon dioxide, talc andVanillin.

Contraindications

The product must not be taken if you are allergic to Ginkgo biloba extracts or any of the other ingredients of this medicine.

Dosage

Always take this medicine exactly as directed.Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are unsure.

Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, the usual dose for adults and adolescents aged 12 and over is ½ - 1 film-coated tablet twice a day (corresponding to 120 - 240 mg ginkgo extract per day).

In the case of performance disorders caused by organic brain disorders, the treatment duration should be at least 8 weeks.After a treatment period of 3 months, the doctor must check whether continued treatment is still justified.

Intake

There are no sufficient studies available for use in children under 12 years of age.Therefore the medicine should not be used in this age group.

No special precautions are required regarding the ability to drive and use machines.

Pregnancy

Experimental studies showed no evidence of a teratogenic effect of the ginkgo extract. However, since there is no experience in humans and its use during pregnancy is not justified, the benefits of treatment should be carefully weighed against the possible risks.It is not known whether the ingredients pass into breast milk.
