This traditional herbal medicine is used to support digestive function by stimulating the function of the liver-bile system.This application is based on many years of experience.

Active ingredients and ingredients

Each capsule contains 50 mg dry extract from defatted milk thistle fruits, prepared with acetone as an extractant, and 25 mg dry extract from artichoke leaves, obtained with water as an extractant.The following other ingredients are also included: maltodextrin, precipitated silicon dioxide, virgin olive oil, refined coconut fat, partially hydrogenated palm oil, yellow wax, rice starch, gelatin polysuccinate, glycerol, sorbitol solution 70% (non-crystallizing), titanium dioxide (E171), iron (III) oxide (E 172), iron (III) hydroxide oxide (E 172) andpurified water.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, the product should not be used.

Dosage

The recommended dosage is 1-2 capsules three times daily.

Intake

The capsules should be taken whole and with sufficient liquid, preferably a glass of water, before meals.

Patient information

Particular caution is required if the symptoms last longer than two weeks, recur regularly or are unclear.In these cases, a doctor should be consulted.Caution is advised when taking anticoagulant drugs of the coumarin type (such as phenprocoumon or warfarin) at the same time, as the dosage of these drugs needs to be adjusted.Regular checks of coagulation parameters are necessary.If symptoms or unwanted side effects persist, a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional should be consulted.

There are no known impairments to the ability to drive or use machines.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding

The safety during pregnancy and breastfeeding has not been adequately studied.It is therefore not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.The intake should also be carefully considered by women of childbearing age who are not using contraception.A doctor or pharmacist should always be consulted before taking.
