The Clearblue Early Detection Pregnancy Test makes it possible to detect pregnancy six days before your missed period.This corresponds to five days before the expected date of the next period.This test offers over 99% reliability from the date your period is due.In laboratory tests, pregnancy could be detected up to six days before the missed period in 79% of the samples.

The test is easy to use and features an ergonomic design with a longer, curved test stick and a wide, color-changing test tip.The results are easy to read and are displayed with a clear “Pregnant/Not Pregnant” result code.

Carrying out the test

Remove the foil packaging and take off the cap.Test immediately afterwards.You can either perform the test directly in the urine stream by holding the colored test tip for a full five seconds, or collect the urine in a clean and dry container and immerse the test tip in the urine sample for a full twenty seconds.The discoloring test tip will quickly turn pink to show that it is absorbing urine.

Put the cap back on and place the test stick on a flat surface.Start by keeping time.The result can be read after three minutes.

Reading the results

If two lines appear, you are pregnant.A line indicates that there is no pregnancy.Even if one of the lines is lighter than the other, two blue lines indicate the result “Pregnant”.

Hormonal therapies with clomiphene citrate, common painkillers, alcohol, antibiotics or birth control pills should KEINE have an impact on the test.If you get unexpected results, you should contact your doctor.

This test is intended exclusively for home self-testing and in vitro diagnostic use.It is not suitable for internal use and may not be reused.Keep the test out of the reach of children and store it at 2°C to 30°C.If stored in the refrigerator, allow it to warm to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before using.Do not use the test if the foil packaging is damaged or the expiration date has expired.Once the slide is opened, use the test immediately.
