The Doppelherz throat spray with sea buckthorn is suitable for use on sore throats caused by external stimuli such as viruses, bacteria, allergens, smoke, smog or dust.The spray can also be used for cold symptoms that can lead to excessive mucus and thus irritation in the throat.No prescription is required for this product.

Mode of action

The special thing about this throat spray is the Mucobarryl® Complex it contains.The polysaccharides of plant origin contained in it adhere to the irritated mucous membranes and form a protective film that prevents pathogens from adhering.The tannins contained in sea buckthorn react with the mucous membrane and enrich saliva and mucous proteins, which form a barrier.This barrier protects against attacks by pathogens and irritants and is effective against pain, burning and difficulty swallowing.In addition, the polysaccharides contained in the herbal extracts support the soothing effect on irritated mucous membranes because they have a high affinity for water.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The Doppelherz throat spray with sea buckthorn contains the following active ingredients: Mucobarryl® Complex, sea buckthorn, aqueous-glycerolic broad plantain extract and licorice dry extract.Other ingredients include water, fructose, peppermint essential oil, menthol, anethole and ethyl alcohol.

Application

The spray is intended for spraying into the throat.The spray should be shaken well before use.The atomizer enables targeted and local dosage.Three jabs are recommended, which can be repeated up to three times daily.

Contraindications and information

The product should not be used if you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients.The spray must also not be used if the mucous membranes are injured, such as cracks or aphthae.It is not suitable for children under 12 years of age and should not be used during pregnancy or breastfeeding.The spray contains alcohol and should not be used for more than 30 consecutive days.If symptoms persist, a doctor should be consulted.The product should be stored in a dry place away from direct heat or light sources and out of the reach of children.The recommended temperature for storage is between 15°C and 25°C.
