Biofanal® vaginal tablets are an agent that has a targeted effect against yeast fungi and is used to treat fungal infections in the vagina.The active ingredient in these vaginal tablets is nystatin.No prescription is required for this product.

Fungi as pathogens

Contraindications

Dosage

Biofanal® for vaginal thrush vaginal tablets can be used either for 3-day short therapy or for 6-day therapy.In the 3-day short therapy, two vaginal tablets are inserted deep into the vagina for three days in a row in the evening before going to bed.With the 6-day therapy, one vaginal tablet is administered in the same way for six days in a row.Hands should be washed before use.

Due to the active ingredient nystatin contained in the medicine, yellowish discoloration of the underwear may occur, which can be removed by normal washing.Its use is not recommended for very underweight and immature premature babies.No special precautions are required regarding the ability to drive and use machines.
