Excilor® INTENSIV Lacquer is a medical product for the treatment of mild to moderate nail fungus.It contains acetic acid, which penetrates deep into the nail and inhibits the growth of nail fungus through local acidification.This prevents further damage and promotes the growth of healthy nails.The polish is applied once a day and immediately gives the nail a smoother and shiny surface, which can optionally be painted over in color.

The daily renewal of the polish layer acts like a nail peeling, in which infected nail particles are removed along with the old coating.The polish also contains nourishing biotin, which supports the reconstruction of the damaged nail structure.No prescription is required for this product.

Excilor® INTENSIV Lacquer is used for stubborn cases of mild to moderate nail fungus.The acetic acid in the polish inhibits the growth of nail fungus through local acidification and thus prevents further damage to the nail.Biotin supports the reconstruction of the damaged nail structure, and the daily renewal of the polish film acts like a nail peeling.

Excilor® INTENSIV varnish against nail fungus contains the following ingredients: water, polyurethane, acetic acid, peppermint oil, octyl gallate, polysorbate 80, dehydroacetic acid, cetyl acetate, acetylated wool wax alcohols, thickeners, benzyl alcohol and other preservatives, biotin.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients mentioned, the product should not be used.

Dosage

Excilor® varnish should be applied generously to the affected nail once a day and allowed to dry thoroughly.The lacquer layer should be removed after 24 hours, preferably under warm water, and a new layer applied.Treatment should typically be continued for a period of 3-6 months or until the nail has completely recovered.

Notes

The product is intended for external use only.Contact with eyes and mucous membranes should be avoided.After use, you may experience a slight burning, itching or local pain for a short time.There are no clinical data on use in pregnant women, breastfeeding women and children.Diabetics should consult a doctor before use.The product should be protected from light and heat sources and kept out of the reach of children.
