The mosquito® family insect repellent spray offers reliable protection against mosquitoes, horseflies and ticks for up to six hours.Thanks to the practical overhead spray system, the spray is ideal for the whole family and can be used on children from the age of six months.The active ingredient contained in the spray is based on an extract of the lemon eucalyptus tree, which is a natural and well-tolerated alternative to conventional repellents, which are often based on Deet or Icaridin.No prescription is required for this product.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The mosquito® family insect repellent spray contains 20 g/100 g (20%) hydrated, cyclized Eucalyptus citriodora oil (EC oil (H/C)) as the main active ingredient.

Application and dosage

The spray should be applied evenly to the skin to ensure optimal protection.All exposed areas of the body as well as those that are only covered by light clothing should be treated.The spray should then be allowed to dry.It is important not to spray the product directly onto the face.Instead, it should be sprayed onto the palms of the hands and then gently spread over the face.The mouth and eye area should definitely be avoided.When using sunscreen at the same time, the insect repellent spray should be applied in the second step.The recommended dosage is approximately two sprays per forearm in adults, which corresponds to approximately 0.425 g/600 cm².When used in combination with a sunscreen, half the application rate should be used.

Contraindications and information

People with known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients should not use the product.The mosquito® family insect repellent spray is not suitable for infants.Children under 12 years of age should be used by adults.In case of contact with eyes, they should be rinsed thoroughly with water.The product should be stored away from frost, heat and direct sunlight.Always read the label and product information before use.
