Calcium Sun 500 capsules is a dietary supplement specially developed to prepare the skin for the sun.Each capsule contains 500 mg of calcium, 6 mg of beta-carotene and vitamins C, D3 and E. This product is gluten-free, lactose-free, soy-free and contains no dyes.

The ingredients of Calcium Sonne 500 capsules include hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (vegetable capsule shell), calcium carbonate, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), microcrystalline cellulose as a filler, beta-carotene, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E), anti-caking agents such as calcium salts of fatty acids and tricalcium phosphate as well as cholecalciferol (vitamin D3).

Contents per daily dose (2 capsules): 500 mg calcium (62.5% NRV*), 120 mg vitamin C (150% NRV*), 18 mg vitamin E (150% NRV*), 6 mg beta-carotene (calculated as vitamin A), 1000 μg (125% NRV*) and 5 mcg vitamin D3 (100% NRV*).NRV* stands for the nutrient reference value according to EU-Food Information Regulation.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, the product should not be used.No prescription is required for this product.

Dosage

The recommended consumption is 2 capsules once a day after a meal, together with sufficient liquid.It is recommended to start taking it one month before staying in the sun.It also makes sense to take it when there is strong UV-radiation or when you are in southern countries, combined with a good sunscreen.

Beta-carotene and vitamins D3 and E are fat-soluble and are better absorbed with fatty meals.
