Instructions for use for VIGANTOLVIT 4000 I.U. vitamin D3 tablets, 60 pcs

Summary: Vigantolvit 4,000 I.U. vitamin D3 tablets are a food supplement containing high doses of vitamin D3. The product contains 60 tablets and is suitable for vegetarians. It contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, is gluten-free, lactose-free and contains no ingredients derived from pigs and no GMOs. The dosage recommendation for adults is half a tablet per day or 1 tablet every other day. For increased vitamin D requirements, one tablet per day is recommended. Elderly people should also take one tablet per day. The product should be taken with a meal and sufficient liquid. It is recommended to consult the doctor before taking a tablet if an increased need is suspected. It is important not to exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements cannot replace a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. The product should be kept out of the reach of children. People with kidney problems, elevated calcium levels or a tendency to form kidney stones should consult their doctor before taking vitamin D supplements. There should be no concomitant use of other food supplements or medicines containing vitamin D. The maximum recommended daily dose of 4000 I.U. Vitamin D should not be exceeded.

The product was provided to me by ForMe for testing purposes. As I always suffer from a vitamin D deficiency, I enjoy taking the tablets and feel better and more alert. I think the tablets remedy the vitamin deficiency very well, but I can only judge exactly after the next blood test. They are easy to take with a little liquid. I like the fact that the preparation does not leave an unpleasant taste.

I was allowed to test this product from forme. The tablets are easy to swallow and you take them every two days. It's vegan, which is also important for me. You feel much better, you're in a much better mood, and the increased dose makes it feel like it works faster than lower doses. I will only take these units now.

I received "Vigantolvit Vitamin D 3 4000 I.U. high-dose" as part of a product test from forme to try out. As I have a medically diagnosed vitamin D deficiency, I have been taking such preparations for a long time, namely a higher dose that I only had to take twice a month. Unfortunately, I often forgot to take it on time because of the long time interval. That's why I like the regular daily intake of half a tablet better, because then I don't forget to take it. Vigantolvit Vitamin D 3 have a neutral flavour. I have also tolerated them very well so far and have not noticed any side effects. For this reason I will probably stick with this preparation.

Despite summer and outdoor activities, my values were no better than in winter - since taking Vigantolvit they have normalised again. Small coated tablets, easy to swallow - perfect for me!

The tablets were provided to me by ForMe for testing purposes. I have been using the capsules for about 4 weeks and feel much fitter than before. I can therefore only recommend the tablets. I had previously taken other vitamin D3 tablets, but taking these tablets remedies the vitamin deficiency very well. I will test the tablets over a longer period of time. If I am still convinced, I will probably switch to this preparation.

The VIGANTOLVIT vitamin D3 tablets are quite small and therefore easy to swallow and they are also vegan, which is not a matter of course. An extra portion of vitamin D3 is great to have, especially in the darker months. By taking vitamin D3, I feel like I don't get sick as often and if I do, I don't feel as tired. I also feel more energised and fitter.

I have a pretty low vitamin D level. I've only been taking the tablets for about a week. The next measurement will show whether my levels have improved. In any case, they are not that high.

I was allowed to test the vitamin D from forme. As I often have a deficiency, I can achieve good results with it and top up my vitamin D stores. The tablets are easy to dose and take. Now it's summer, I'm curious to see how the vitamin D level will behave in winter when I take this preparation... I can't tell yet.

I was sent the tablets to test and have now been taking them for 2 weeks. The recommended intake of one tablet every 2nd day can easily lead to forgetting a day, otherwise the size is great to take. After these first 2 weeks of taking it, I haven't noticed any major changes, either positive or negative, but I don't think you can really tell after such a short time. In any case, I will continue to take them and see how they get me through the autumn.

As part of a product test with the platform "forme" I was allowed to test these tablets and I can say with certainty that they have absolutely influenced my mood. After a good 3 days I absolutely felt it. I was/am simply in a better mood and stress bounces off me more - my serenity surprises me! It's amazingly beautiful! I can only report good things from my side. The (type of) intake and the tolerability also played a role for me. You always have a little more "work" with certain products and here it is simply a matter of habit how to take the tablets. It's worth it!
