Directions for use of the product Vitamin D3 Hevert 2,000 I.U. Tablets: - Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced, varied diet and healthy lifestyle. - Recommended use for adults and adolescents aged 11 years and over: 1 tablet daily. For children from 4 to 10 years: 1/2 tablet daily. The tablet should be taken with some liquid with a meal. - The product should be stored at a temperature below 25 °C, away from light and moisture and out of the reach of children. - Each tablet contains 50 μg (= 2000 IU) of vitamin D, which corresponds to 1000% of the reference amount according to the Food Information Regulation. A 1/2 tablet contains 25 μg (= 1000 IU) vitamin D, which corresponds to 500% of the reference amount. - Ingredients include microcrystalline cellulose, gelatine (bovine), silicon dioxide, partially hydrogenated soya oil, cross-linked sodium carboxymethylcellulose, magnesium salts of fatty acids, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and cholecalciferol. The product contains soya oil. - The food supplement is gluten-free. - Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal muscle function. - The product is manufactured by Hevert-Arzneimittel GmbH & Co KG , based in Germany. - Do not exceed the recommended intake stated.
