Instructions for use of Cornea Levisticum comp.Eye drops

Cornea Levisticum comp.Eye drops are an anthroposophic medicine that is used to treat clouding of the cornea, vitreous humor and lens in the eye.This product is available without a prescription.

Areas of application

The eye drops are used according to anthroposophical knowledge of humanity and nature.They serve to stimulate metabolic processes when the refractive media in the eye, such as the cornea, lens and vitreous body, are cloudy.

Contraindications

The medicine should not be used if you are hypersensitive to the donor animal protein.

Precautions and warnings

The eye drops should not be used without ophthalmological advice and do not replace other medicines prescribed by a doctor.During pregnancy and breastfeeding, the eye drops should only be used after consulting your doctor.

Dosage and method of administration

Unless otherwise prescribed, 1 drop should be instilled into the conjunctival sac once or twice daily.The duration of treatment for chronic diseases should be agreed with your doctor.

Side effects

So far there are no known side effects.

Composition

0.5 ml of the eye drops contain the following active ingredients: Cornea bovis Gl Dil.D6, Corpus vitreum bovis Gl Dil.D6, Lens cristallina bovis Gl Dil.D6, Levisticum officinale and radice ferm 33c Dil.D5, bovis optic nerve Gl Dil.D5, Quercus robur/petraea e cortice cum Calcio carbonico Dil.D12 aquos.and Rosae aetheroleum Dil.D7.The other ingredients are sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate and water for injections.

Dosage form and pack sizes

The eye drops are available in single-dose containers of 0.5 ml each.Available pack sizes are 5 and 30 single-dose containers.

Application note

To open a container, it should be separated from the latch and opened by twisting off the flat wing.When instilling, tilt your head back, pull the lower eyelid slightly down with your index finger and pour a drop of the liquid into the conjunctival sac.The single-dose container should not come into contact with the eye.Then keep your eye as open as possible and move it so that the liquid is distributed well.

The eye drops have no preservatives and are therefore also suitable for contact lens wearers.
