Loratadine - 1 A Pharma 10 mg tablets is a medicine that is used to treat allergic rhinitis, such as hay fever, and chronic idiopathic urticaria (hives of unknown cause).The active ingredient loratadine belongs to the group of antihistamines and helps to relieve the symptoms of allergies by inhibiting the effects of histamine in the body.

Areas of application
Loratadine - 1 A Pharma 10 mg tablets is used to relieve the symptoms of allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, runny or itchy nose and burning or itching eyes.It can also be used to relieve symptoms of urticaria, such as itching, redness of the skin, and the number and size of hives.The effects of the medicine last a full day and are intended to help resume normal daily activity and sleep.
Composition
Each tablet contains 10 mg of the active ingredient loratadine.The other ingredients are lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate (vegetable), corn starch and highly dispersed silicon dioxide.Please only take Loratadine - 1 A Pharma after consulting your doctor if you know that you suffer from an intolerance to certain sugars.
Dosage and application
Adults and children aged 6 years and over weighing more than 30 kg should take one tablet once a day with a glass of water, regardless of meals.The tablet can be divided into equal doses.Loratadine - 1 A Pharma should not be given to people with a body weight of 30 kg or less.More suitable dosage forms are available for children under 6 years of age or with a body weight of 30 kg or less.Patients with severe liver damage should take one tablet every other day.
Side effects
Like all medicines, Loratadine - 1 A Pharma can cause side effects, although not everyone gets them.The most common side effects in adults and children over 12 years of age include drowsiness and headache.Children 2 to 12 years old may experience headaches, nervousness, and fatigue.Very rarely, severe hypersensitivity reactions, dizziness, convulsions, fast or irregular heartbeat, nausea, dry mouth, upset stomach, liver dysfunction, hair loss, rash and fatigue may occur.
Warnings and precautions
