The Naturmoor hot water bottle is a reusable hot water bottle that is filled with natural moor.It releases heat or cold over a longer period of time, up to three hours.The cotton fabric cover ensures it is comfortable to use on the skin.

Use as a hot water bottle

For comfortable, pleasant warmth, you can heat the Naturmoor hot water bottle in two ways:

a) Heating in the microwave: Remove the fabric cover and heat the hot water bottle at a maximum of 600 watts for approx. 3 minutes.

b) Heating in the oven: Remove the fabric cover, place the hot water bottle with the flap turned down on a plate and heat it in the oven at a maximum of 150 degrees for approx. 10 minutes.

Attention: Overheating due to improper use can destroy the hot water bottle!

Use as a cooling pad

For pleasant coolness for up to 3 hours, you can cool the Naturmoor hot water bottle as follows:

a) Remove the fabric cover and cool the hot water bottle in the refrigerator for approx. 2 hours.

Attention: Do not put the hot water bottle in the freezer, this can destroy it!
