GELUSIL LAC is a medicine for the treatment of acid-related stomach complaints such as heartburn and acid regurgitation and for the supportive therapy of stomach ulcers and duodenal ulcers. It contains the active ingredient aluminium magnesium silicate (1:2:3). The chewable tablets should be taken before meals and at bedtime. The dosage for children and adults is 1-3 tablets several times a day. The medicine should not be used for longer than 2 weeks without medical advice. There are some contraindications such as hypersensitivity to the ingredients, phosphate deficiency and constipation. Pregnant women should use the medicine only for a short time and consult their doctor beforehand. For storage, the medicine should be protected from heat and moisture.
