Contraindications

Procaine Loges 1% injection bottle must not be used if you are hypersensitive to procaine, other ester-type local anesthetics, sulfonamides, benzoic acid or any of the other ingredients.The product must also not be used if there is a known deficiency of pseudocholinesterase or for injection into arteries, into the area around the outer lining of the central nervous system or into the spinal canal.

Dosage

Procaine Loges 1% injection bottle is generally used by a doctor or healthcare professional.It is injected into healthy skin as part of neural therapy and should only be injected by people with appropriate knowledge.The dosage must be determined individually and should be as low as possible to achieve the desired nerve block.The usual dose for individual types of application for adolescents over 15 years of age and adults is up to 10 mg procaine hydrochloride per wheal, corresponding to 1 ml of solution.The maximum recommended dose for a single dose in tissues with rapid absorption is 500 mg procaine, corresponding to 50 ml solution.When used in the head, neck and genital area, the recommended single-time maximum dose is 200 mg procaine within 2 hours.If you have certain previous illnesses or impaired liver or kidney function, the dose should be adjusted accordingly.
