Directions for use of the article Procaine Loges 1% Injection Vial: - Procaine Loges 1% Injection Vial is an ester-type local anaesthetic used for local anaesthesia in neural therapy applications on healthy skin. - It should only be used by persons with appropriate knowledge to perform neural therapy. - The dosage should be individually adjusted to achieve the desired nerve block. - Repeated use may result in rapid development of tolerance and loss of efficacy. - The recommended maximum dose is 10 mg procaine per wheal and 500 mg procaine in total. - Special care should be taken in patients with certain pre-existing conditions and impaired liver or kidney function. - Procaine Loges 1% Injection Vial must not be used if there is hypersensitivity to procaine or other ester-type local anaesthetics. - In the event of an overdose, symptoms such as dizziness, tingling and seizures may occur. - The medicinal product should not be used for longer than prescribed by the doctor. - Storage: The medicinal product should be protected from frost and kept out of the reach of children. - The injection bottle has a shelf life of 4 weeks after initial withdrawal. - For more information, see the package leaflet and ask your doctor or pharmacist about risks and side effects.
