Instructions for use for NASIC o.K. Nasal spray, 10 ml

The medicinal product must not be used in case of: - hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the other ingredients of the medicinal product - dry inflammation of the nasal mucosa with bark formation - after surgical removal of the pineal gland through the nose or other surgical procedures which expose the meninges - Infants and young children under 6 years of age. Special caution in use is required in: - Treatment with monoamine oxidase inhibitors or other blood pressure-increasing medicines. - treatment with antihypertensive medicines - increased intraocular pressure - severe cardiovascular disease and hypertension - existing heart disease - Tumour of the adrenal gland - metabolic disorders such as hyperthyroidism and diabetes - Metabolic disease porphyria - Prostate enlargement Long-term use and overdose should be avoided, especially in children. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not use the medicinal product as there are insufficient data on the active ingredients. Use should not impair the ability to drive or operate machinery.
