The article describes the homeopathic medicinal product LÖWE-Complex No. 12 Aesculus, which is used for venous congestion of the legs. The medicinal product should not be used in cases of hypersensitivity to arnica and other composite plants. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, use is recommended after consultation with a doctor. Use in children under 12 years of age is not recommended. There are no known interactions. Due to the alcohol content, the medicinal product should not be taken by alcoholics and liver patients should consult their therapist. The recommended dosage is 10 drops 3 times a day, or 10 drops every 2 hours in acute cases. The medicine should not be taken for a long time without medical advice.
