It is also possible to use the patch in combination with Nicotinell chewing gum or lozenges. The maximum daily dose and the recommended duration of use should always be observed. The patch can be left on the skin when showering or bathing, but it should be removed when taking a sauna or diving. In case of symptoms of poisoning or overdose, the patch should be removed immediately and a doctor should be notified. The patch should be kept out of the reach of children and should not be stored above 25°C.
