Instructions for use for Cetirizine 10 – 1 A Pharma® film-coated tablets, 7 pcs
Cetirizine 10 - 1 A Pharma®
Cetirizine 10 - 1 A Pharma® is an anti-allergic drug that is used to relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis and hives. The active ingredient cetirizine blocks histamine H1 receptors, which inhibits the effect of the messenger histamine and prevents the development of allergic symptoms.Cetirizine is known for its good effectiveness and tolerability and has been used successfully in therapy for years.
Areas of application
Cetirizine 10 - 1 A Pharma® is used to relieve nasal and eye symptoms of seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis and to relieve hives (urticaria). It is suitable for adults and children aged 6 and over.
Allergic rhinitis can be triggered by seasonal pollen allergies or year-round house dust and animal hair allergies.Symptoms include frequent sneezing, a runny and stuffy nose, and red and watery eyes.Hives manifest themselves as itching, redness and swelling of the skin.
Mode of action
Cetirizin 10 - 1 A Pharma® contains the active ingredient cetirizine, an antihistamine. The messenger histamine plays an important role in allergic rhinitis.Through contact with allergens, the body releases increased amounts of histamine, which attaches to histamine H1 receptors and triggers typical allergy symptoms.Cetirizine blocks these receptors, thereby inhibiting the effects of histamine and preventing the development of allergic symptoms.
