Areas of application

The preparation serves as a mouth and throat antiseptic.It is used when the ability to maintain oral hygiene is limited to temporarily reduce the number of germs in the mouth.It also supports mechanical cleaning in the event of bacterial inflammation of the gums and oral mucosa.It can also be used after periodontal surgery.

Active ingredients and ingredients

The product contains 1 mg chlorhexidine digluconate and 0.56 mg chlorhexidine as active ingredients.The excipients include amaranth, cochineal red A, ethanol 96% (V/V), mint oil, clove oil, polysorbate 80 and purified water.

Contraindications

The medicine must not be used if you are hypersensitive to chlorhexidine bis (D-gluconate) or any of the other ingredients.It should also not be used if there is poor blood supply to tissue, wounds or ulcers in the oral cavity.

Dosage

Always use the medicine exactly as described or after consulting your doctor or pharmacist.In case of inflammation, the oral cavity is rinsed with a tablespoon of the preparation for one minute three times a day after meals and brushing teeth.Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if the effect is too strong or too weak.

If you use more than you should, it may cause stomach upset and vomiting or signs of alcohol poisoning.However, the active ingredient chlorhexidinebis (D-gluconate) is not expected to be harmful to health.

Intake

In case of inflammation, the oral cavity is rinsed with a tablespoon of the preparation for one minute three times a day after meals and brushing teeth.It should not be rinsed with water and the solution should not be swallowed.However, accidental swallowing is harmless.

No prescription is required for this product.Cidegol C should not be mixed with other solutions as this may affect their effectiveness.It contains amaranth and Ponceau 4R, which can cause allergic reactions.Contains 24% alcohol by volume.Do not use the medicine after the expiry date stated on the package.
