Instructions for use of the article Lösnesium Effervescent granulate sachet: - Lösnesium is a mineral preparation containing light basic magnesium carbonate and light magnesium oxide. - It is used to treat proven magnesium deficiency, which can lead to muscle activity disorders such as neuromuscular disorders and calf cramps. - Children aged 6 years and over can take half a tablet to one tablet a day, while adolescents and adults can take one to two tablets a day. - The total dose should not be exceeded without consulting a doctor or pharmacist. - The duration of use is determined by the doctor and depends on the nature of the symptoms and/or the duration of the disease. - In the event of an overdose, you should contact a doctor immediately. - The medicinal product must not be used in cases of hypersensitivity to the ingredients, severely impaired kidney function, disturbed heartbeat, increased magnesium levels, high potassium levels in the blood, myasthenia gravis, dehydration, an increase in blood pH caused by metabolism, chronic urinary tract infections with urea-splitting bacteria, a tendency to form kidney stones and calcium magnesium ammonium phosphate stones. - Pregnant and breastfeeding women can use the medicine without concern according to current knowledge. - Possible side effects include soft stools, gastrointestinal complaints, diarrhoea and fatigue. - Caution should be exercised in case of allergic reactions to the sweeteners cyclamate and saccharin. - For more information, please read the package leaflet and consult your doctor or pharmacist.
