Instructions for use for DICLO-RATIOPHARM Pain gel, 100 g

Diclo-ratiopharm Schmerzgel is a medicine used for the external treatment of pain, inflammation and swelling. It contains the active substance diclofenac sodium. The gel can be used for various rheumatic diseases of the soft tissues, degenerative diseases of the joints and spine, and sports injuries. It can also be used in adolescents from 14 years of age for the short-term treatment of pain in bruises, strains and sprains. The pain gel has an analgesic, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic effect. It blocks the formation of certain messenger substances in the body that are involved in the development of pain, fever and inflammation. It is used by applying a sufficient amount of the gel to the painful area. The gel is gently massaged into the skin. It can be applied several times a day, depending on the severity of the pain. There are some indications and contraindications that should be observed. For example, the gel should not be applied to open injuries, inflamed skin or the mucous membranes. The product should not be used in case of known hypersensitivity to the ingredients. Pregnant and breastfeeding women, children under 14 years of age and persons with certain respiratory diseases should only use the gel after consulting a doctor. Diclo-ratiopharm pain gel is well tolerated and has a fast effect. It is available as a pharmacy-only product. An ingenious pain gel that far surpasses all others! It has helped me excellently with a severely inflamed shoulder with impingement syndrome as well as with Achilles tendinitis. Initially, it mainly has an analgesic effect, but later it also has an anti-inflammatory effect. It is also well tolerated on the skin. I can only recommend it without reservation.

I bought it as a replacement for the much more expensive branded product (with a "V") and am convinced by this pain gel. It helps just as well and costs much less. Recommendation!
