Instructions for use for DICLOFENAC AbZ Pain Gel 10 mg/g, 100 g

Diclofenac AbZ Schmerzgel 10 mg/g Gel is used for the local treatment of pain. It contains the active substance diclofenac, which belongs to the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The gel is used for acute strains, sprains or bruises, osteoarthritis of the knee and finger joints, epicondylitis and acute muscle pain in the back. It is suitable for adults and adolescents from 14 years of age. People who are allergic to diclofenac or other components of the gel should not use it. It is also not recommended for use during the last trimester of pregnancy and in children under 14 years of age. Side effects such as rash, itching, redness, swelling and hypersensitivity reactions may occur. If symptoms persist or worsen, a doctor should be consulted. The gel should be applied thinly and lightly rubbed into the skin. The maximum daily dose is 16 g. It is recommended to read the package leaflet and consult the doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions. The gel should be kept out of the reach of children and should not be used after the expiry date.
