Directions for use of the article Pinimenthol Cold Ointment: Pinimenthol Cold Ointment is a herbal medicinal product for external use and inhalation. It is used to improve the condition of colds of the respiratory tract such as colds, hoarseness and bronchial catarrh. Certain precautions should be observed when using it, e.g. do not apply to mucous membranes or damaged skin. The dosage and instructions for use vary according to age and can be found in the package leaflet. Pinimenthol Cold Ointment should not be used in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients, during pregnancy and breastfeeding and in children under 12 years of age. Possible side effects may include skin irritation, cough irritation and mucous membrane irritation. In the event of an overdose or prolonged symptoms, a doctor should be consulted. The medicinal product is available without a prescription and should be stored away from light at not more than 30°C. Do not use the medicinal product after the expiry date.
