Directions for use of the article Thioctacid 600 T solution for injection: Thioctacid 600 T is used to treat paraesthesia caused by diabetic nerve damage (polyneuropathy). It contains the active substance alpha-lipoic acid, which has antioxidant properties and can protect the nerve cells. Certain precautions must be taken before using Thioctacid 600 T, e.g. it should not be used if you are allergic to alpha-lipoic acid or any of the other ingredients. Side effects such as nausea, vomiting and reactions at the injection site may occur during use. It is important to stop taking the medicine and consult a doctor at the first sign of a hypersensitivity reaction.
