Instructions for use of the article Vliwaktiv AG Activated charcoal absorbent dressing pad with silver 10x20 cm Product characteristics: - A skin-friendly, breathable fleece cover allows exudates to drain into the absorbent core. - The activated charcoal adsorbs bacteria and absorbs wound odours and wound exudate. - The underwear protection prevents the penetration of exudate. - The silver components have an antibacterial effect, even on multi-resistant germs. - The compress binds endotoxins. Hints: - It is not advised to cut the compress to prevent activated charcoal particles from entering the wound. Mode of action: - Vliwaktiv Ag is effective against MRSA and VRE-strains. - Silver combats various pathogenic germs. Application: 1. cleanse the wound according to standard procedures.
