The solution contains 3 grams of hydrogen peroxide per 100 milliliters as an active ingredient.In addition, purified water and phosphoric acid are included as other ingredients.

Mode of action

The hydrogen peroxide 3% Dab 10 solution has a disinfecting, antibacterial, oxidizing, bleaching and odor-removing effect.These effects are based on the release of oxygen.

Area of application

The solution is used to rinse and clean wounds.It is also suitable for disinfecting the mouth for bad breath and for rinsing for bleeding gums and inflammation of the oral mucosa.

Dosage

Before use, the solution should be diluted 5 to 10 times, for example 1 to 2 tablespoons in a glass of water.It is recommended not to use the solution in closed body cavities to avoid the risk of gas embolism.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, the product should not be used.In addition, the effect is reduced in the case of a very rare genetic catalase deficiency (acatalasemia).

No prescription is required for this product.It should not be stored above 25°C and kept away from children.The solution can bleach textiles.After the expiration date, the product should no longer be used.
