Solidago Steiner® tablets are a herbal medicine that is used to flush the urinary tract.It is used for inflammatory diseases of the urinary tract, urinary stones and kidney grit.It is also used as a preventative treatment for urinary stones and kidney grit.The product is available without a prescription.

Mode of action

The active ingredient in Solidago Steiner® tablets is a dry extract from goldenrod herb.This herbal remedy has an anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and rinsing effect.It promotes the self-cleaning process of the urinary tract and relieves symptoms such as burning when urinating, constant urge to urinate and pelvic cramps.The rinsing effect helps to flush out bacteria, while the anti-inflammatory properties provide direct irritation relief.

Each tablet contains 300 mg dry extract of goldenrod herb (5-7:1), with ethanol 60% (V/V) serving as the extractant.The other ingredients are magnesium stearate, crospovidone, precipitated silicon dioxide, microcrystalline cellulose and highly dispersed silicon dioxide.

Dosage

The recommended dose for adults and children aged 12 and over is one tablet 4 to 5 times daily.The tablets should be swallowed whole with plenty of liquid, such as a glass of water.It can be taken regardless of meals.The duration of use is not generally limited, but you should consult a doctor if symptoms persist or recur.

Intake

Take the tablets whole with plenty of liquid (e.g. 1 glass of water) with or without meals.

Patient information

Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist before taking the medicine.If you have blood in your urine, fever or symptoms that persist for more than 5 days, you should see a doctor.It is not recommended for children under 12 years of age as there are no sufficient studies.No special precautions are required regarding the ability to drive or use machines.

Pregnancy

If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.The medicine should not be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding due to insufficient examinations.

Contraindications

The medicine must not be taken if you are allergic to goldenrod or any of the other ingredients.In addition, no flushing treatment should be carried out if water accumulates in the tissue (edema) as a result of restricted heart or kidney activity.

Storage

Keep this medicine out of the reach and reach of children and do not store it above 25°C.Do not use the medicine after the expiry date stated on the carton and blister.Do not dispose of medicines in wastewater.Ask your pharmacist how to throw away medicine when you no longer use it.
