The ingredients of Doppelherz Hot Lemon Vitamin C + Zinc Granules are sugar, dextrose, maltodextrin, citric acid as an acidulant, lemon juice powder (2.2%), L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), natural citrus aroma, palm oil, zinc sulfate and the dye riboflavin-5'-phosphate.Each daily serving (1 sachet) contains 300 mg vitamin C (375% of the nutrient reference values), 5 mg zinc (50% of the nutrient reference values) and 335 mg lemon juice powder.No prescription is required for this product.

If you are known to be hypersensitive to any of the ingredients, the product should not be used.

Dosage

The recommended use is to mix one sachet of Doppelherz Hot Lemon Vitamin C + Zinc Granules with 150 ml of hot, no longer boiling water in a cup.Cold water can be used for a cold drink.The drink can then be enjoyed.
