The capsules contain high doses of medicinal mushrooms. These include maitake, reishi, shiitake and cordyceps. The holistic mixture of mushrooms has numerous positive effects on health. I had already ordered the Cordyceps capsules from Green Naturals and so I wanted to try the medicinal mushroom mix. Here, too, I was pleasantly surprised.
