Doppelherz A-Z + Omega-3 all-in-one system capsules contain carefully coordinated vitamins, minerals and trace elements - from vitamin A to zinc.It also contains coenzyme Q10, lutein and omega-3 from highly purified sea fish oils.Vitamin A, C and D as well as the trace elements zinc and selenium contribute to the normal function of the immune system.In addition to their function in the immune system, vitamin C, zinc and selenium help protect cells from oxidative stress.Vitamin B12 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.Vitamin B1, B6 and B12 support normal energy metabolism.Magnesium promotes the normal functioning of the muscles and nervous system.Iron plays a role in the formation of red blood cells and contributes to normal oxygen transport in the blood.The omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA support the maintenance of normal heart function at a daily intake of 250 mg. DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and normal vision, also with a daily intake of 250 mg.

Area of application

The capsules contain 19 selected vitamins and minerals from A to Z, 10 mg coenzyme Q10, 4 mg lutein and an additional 500 mg omega-3 concentrate.The omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA are contained in high concentrations.The fish for the Omega-3 concentrate comes from sustainable fishing.The capsules are gluten-free and lactose-free.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to individual ingredients, the capsules should not be consumed.

Dosage

Recommended dosage: Take 1 capsule once daily with a meal with sufficient liquid.
