Doppelherz A-Z + Omega-3 All-in-One System capsules contain a carefully balanced combination of vitamins, minerals and trace elements, ranging from vitamin A to zinc.It also contains coenzyme Q10, lutein and omega-3 fatty acids from highly purified sea fish oils.No prescription is required for this product.

Ingredients and active ingredients

The capsules contain 19 selected vitamins and minerals, 10 mg coenzyme Q10, 4 mg lutein and 500 mg omega-3 concentrate.The main ingredients are concentrate containing omega-3 fatty acids from sea fish oils, gelatin (beef), coconut oil, magnesium oxide, vitamin C, humectant glycerin, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, humectant sorbitol, niacin, ferrous fumarate, safflower oil, vitamin E, coenzyme Q10, pantothenic acid, zinc oxide, lutein-containing concentrate from marigold flowers, vitamin B1, vitaminB2, vitamin B6, dye iron oxides and iron hydroxides, vitamin A, folic acid, chromium (III) chloride, potassium iodide, sodium selenite, biotin, vitamin K, vitamin D and vitamin B12.

Area of application

Vitamins A, C and D as well as the trace elements selenium and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system.Vitamin C, selenium and zinc protect cells from oxidative stress.Vitamin B12 helps reduce tiredness and fatigue.Vitamin B1, B6 and B12 support normal energy metabolism.Magnesium promotes the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles.Iron is important for the formation of red blood cells and the transport of oxygen in the blood.

The omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA help maintain normal heart function at a daily intake of 250 mg. DHA also supports normal brain function and vision with a daily intake of 250 mg.The omega-3 concentrates are obtained from sustainable fishing, where fishing quotas and fishing areas are adhered to.

Contraindications

If you are known to be hypersensitive to individual ingredients, the capsules should not be consumed.

Dosage

The recommended consumption is one capsule once daily with a meal with sufficient liquid.

Patient information

The capsules are not suitable for children, teenagers, pregnant women and breastfeeding women.If you have a daily zinc intake of more than 3.5 mg, additional dietary supplements containing zinc should be avoided.
