Use of bandage compresses

The bandage compresses are used externally for wound care.They are particularly suitable for treating secreting wounds, for absorbing blood or other body fluids, for stopping bleeding or as a wound dressing.The compresses are non-sterile and must be sterilized using a validated procedure before use.

Structure and properties

The dressing compresses consist of two middle layers of fluid-distributing tissue and a core of cellulose flakes.The back is waterproof and consists of a blue polypropylene layer.Thanks to a fleece covering, the compresses are soft and skin-friendly.

Instructions for use

No prescription is required for this product.It must not be used if you have an existing allergy to the material.The compresses must not be reused and must be protected from sunlight and stored in a dry place.If the packaging is damaged or the expiry date has been exceeded, the compresses may no longer be used.
