Area of application

One sachet contains 13.121 g macrogol 3350, 350 mg sodium chloride, 179 mg sodium bicarbonate and 46 mg potassium chloride.Additionally it contains 24.13 mg potassium ions, 21.87 mg chloride ions, 137.71 mg sodium ions and 130.02 mg hydrogen carbonate ions.Saccharin sodium, orange flavor and lemon flavor are present as excipients.

Contraindications

The preparation must not be taken if you are allergic to macrogol 3350, sodium chloride, sodium hydrogen carbonate, potassium chloride or any of the other ingredients.Taking it is also contraindicated if you have a perforated intestinal wall, intestinal blockage or severe inflammatory bowel diseases such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease or toxic megacolon.

Dosage

Adults and children aged 12 and over can take the preparation one to three times a day.The duration of use should normally not be longer than two weeks.If constipation persists or certain illnesses occur, it may be taken longer, but possibly at a reduced dose.
